Frank practices in the areas of civil litigation and estate matters. His practice has included appellate arguments in New York and California. After graduating from law school, Frank was the Law Secretary to the Hon. Louis Grossman, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County. Thereafter, he practiced personal injury litigation related to construction, automobile and premises accidents. Most recently, Frank has represented several charitable organizations in connection with complex civil litigation.
