Of Counsel

Karen’s practice primarily focuses on civil litigation. She has tried several cases to verdict in state and federal court. Immediately prior to joining the firm, she was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. Karen has also practiced at law firms where she handled a variety of matters including personal injury, commercial litigation, claims against foreign governments, and white collar criminal defense. She also previously served as a two-year term law clerk to a United States District Judge.

In law school, Karen was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. She completed her undergraduate studies first in her class.
